What kind of resturant does Dauphin need?

I think Dauphin needs something a little more up class....like the Olive Garden or Red Lobster, or the Keg.

    I could do with a little Olive Garden. When you go to Winnipeg you can never get in because the line ups are so long. Actually it could be a good tourism attraction :)
